U.S. Shipping Update

Some shipments to the United States are currently experiencing delays. Changes to U.S. import procedures may result in longer customs processing times.

If tracking has not updated after a package left Japan, it may be taking longer to process upon entry into the United States. We are continuing to monitor shipments on our end.

EMS shipping before dispatch

If you would like faster and more reliable shipping, we can change your shipping method to EMS before your order is dispatched. EMS shipping is charged per package and depends on package weight and size:

• Up to 0.6 kg: US$25
• Over 0.6 kg to 1 kg: US$30
• Over 1 kg to 2 kg: US$40
• Over 2 kg: US$50

For packages over 5 kg, please contact us for a shipping quote. Any shipping fee you have already paid will be deducted, and we will confirm the additional amount before making the change. Customs processing may also affect EMS delivery times.
