Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped directly from Tokyo, Japan.

Fulfillment Location

Orders are fulfilled from our shop location in Tokyo, Japan.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped with tracking from Japan. Shipping fees are based on destination, package weight, and size.

EMS shipping fees are calculated according to package weight and size. Packages exceeding the listed weight range may incur additional weight-based charges. The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout or confirmed before shipment, as needed.

For high-value items, we recommend EMS because it is generally faster, safer, and includes stronger tracking. Additional shipping or insurance charges may apply to unusually high-value, oversized, or special-order items.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

No Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations after an order has shipped.

Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer. Tokyo Plus is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
