EMS shipping fees are calculated according to package weight and size. Packages exceeding the listed weight range may incur additional weight-based charges. The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout or confirmed before shipment, as needed.
High-Value Items and Delivery Confirmation
For high-value items of USD 100 or more, including ReFa products and beauty devices, we strongly recommend EMS shipping. EMS provides tracking, and compensation may be available subject to the carrier's terms and conditions.
If the carrier's tracking information shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the parcel, please get in touch with the carrier first and notify us promptly. We will cooperate with the carrier's investigation. However, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed after confirmed delivery, except as required by applicable law.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
No Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations after an order has shipped.
Import Duties & Taxes
United States: Import duties, when applicable, are collected at checkout. We ship U.S. orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so no additional import duties should be due upon delivery. If you receive a request for payment, please contact us before paying.
Other destinations: Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees under local rules. Unless these charges are collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for paying them. Customs processing may cause delays.
