How to use
Clean and dry both soles.
Peel the backing from the larger adhesive fixing sheet.
Attach a foot pad to the center of each fixing sheet, following the package orientation.
Apply one to each arch before bed. Remove in the morning, then wipe or rinse the soles.
Ingredients & care
The maker lists starch, Bisa powder, wood vinegar powder, bamboo vinegar powder, sandalwood fragrance, houttuynia powder, loquat leaf powder, chitosan and vitamin C. Avoid use if allergic to chitosan. Do not apply to broken skin; stop use if irritation occurs. Store away from direct sunlight and moisture.
