How to Prepare

Usucha: Use about 2g matcha with 60ml hot water at around 80 C. Whisk quickly for about 15 seconds.
Koicha: Use about 4g matcha with 30ml hot water at around 80 C. Knead slowly with a chasen for about 15 seconds.
