Power and contents
The supplied AC adapter accepts AC100–240V, 50–60Hz. Its Japanese A-2 plug may need a separate plug adapter abroad; a voltage transformer is not required within that voltage range. Charge for about 1 hour. A full charge provides about two 12-minute uses; Quick runs for about 6 minutes. The device does not operate while connected to the charger.
Includes the device, water plate, AC adapter and band. Aroma tablets are optional and sold separately. Main unit: approximately 195 g; H6.3 × W14.1 × D11 cm. Panasonic lists the main unit as made in Japan and the AC adapter as made in China.
How to use
Remove the water plate and wet its underside with tap water only, then shake off excess drops and reattach it. Do not wet the plate while it is attached to the device; do not use lotion in place of water. Disconnect the charger, select the temperature and course, close your eyes and position the unit so it does not touch your eyelids. Follow the included manual.
Safety
Panasonic advises against use during pregnancy or by people with skin allergies, skin disease, facial sensory or nerve disorders, or reduced temperature sensation. Do not use on injured or irritated skin, after facial surgery, or when unwell or feverish. Sensitive-skin users should consult a doctor. Stop immediately if pain or an abnormal reaction occurs. Do not fall asleep while wearing it. The manufacturer's warranty is valid in Japan only.
