I was unable to find this anywhere while I was in japan (i went to sooo many Lofts) so i was super happy to find this online and could ship overseas! I also encountered great customer service, when the shop app made it seem as if the brush was delicered - Tokyo plus took the time to help me locate where it actually was (still in transit at the time) with updates. Thank you Tokyo Plus, ill keep on checking to see if the neon white version ever gets a restock😄)
